Your next level of growth may already be sitting inside the work you keep avoiding.
Make Hay is a 12-week group mentoring programme that helps you uncover where your attention could create the greatest return, understand what has kept you away from it, and follow through on the changes that could genuinely move your business forward.
You do not need to know what your “thing” is before you join.
That is part of what we are going to find out.
Give proper attention to the parts of your business that keep getting neglected, fix what’s getting in the way and head into 2027 with more of the right things actually working.
12 weeks | 12th Oct 2026 – 15th Jan 2027
£333 per month
There is a difference between being busy in your business and giving your attention to the work that could actually change it.
Sometimes you already know what that work is and keep finding reasons not to tackle it. Sometimes you cannot see it because you are standing too close to the business.
Either way, leaving it untouched could already be costing you sales, profit, time or opportunities.
Imagine arriving in January and already knowing what your business needs from you.
Imagine getting to January without another slightly accusing list of all the things you really must sort out this year.
Instead, you have spent the last few months proving to yourself that when something matters, you can actually follow it through.
You have made decisions without circling them for three weeks first. You have finally launched, changed, raised, stopped, sold or committed to some of the things that had been sitting in the background of your business for far too long.
More importantly, you have started gathering real evidence of what happens when your attention goes to the right place.
Perhaps that means more enquiries, better profit or an income stream you finally tested instead of continuing to think about. Perhaps it means you are selling with more confidence, using your time differently or finally becoming known for the thing you want people to buy from you.
You arrive in January trusting yourself more because you have stopped repeatedly making promises to your business that you never quite keep.
And instead of hoping that a new year will somehow create a different result, you already know that your own actions can change what happens next.
A quick note from me…
I have been running businesses for over ten years, and I know just how easy it is to convince yourself that the important thing can wait.
There is nearly always something louder.
Customers need you. Work needs delivering. Marketing needs doing. An idea pops into your head and suddenly that feels much more exciting than the thing you already know needs attention.
I have also learnt that the answer is very rarely to keep adding more.
Sometimes the biggest shift comes from noticing what you are avoiding, questioning why you are avoiding it and finally giving it the attention it deserves.
That is the work I love doing with business owners because the answer is rarely as generic as “post more on Instagram” or “launch a new offer”.
I want to know what is actually happening in your business, where the untapped opportunity is and what keeps getting between you and it.
Then we can do something useful about it.
You know those days when you open your laptop already knowing which job you are probably going to avoid?
You can answer emails, deliver brilliant client work, create content, fiddle with Canva and generally be a very productive member of society, yet still finish the day knowing you did not touch the thing most likely to make the money.
The follow-ups stay unsent.
The price stays exactly where it is because changing it might mean somebody saying no.
The offer stays half-formed because properly launching it means finding out whether anybody actually wants it.
The opportunity sits untouched while you tell yourself you will feel more ready next month.
The service that takes loads of your time and hardly makes any money keeps being offered because changing it feels more uncomfortable than carrying on.
And another month passes.
That is the commercial cost of avoidance that we do not talk about enough.
The thing you keep postponing is not necessarily just another unfinished task. It could already be costing you sales, profit, capacity and momentum. In some cases, leaving it untouched for another three or six months could cost considerably more than joining Make Hay ever will.
There is another cost though…
Every time you tell yourself you are going to do something and then quietly move it onto next month’s list, you create a little more evidence for the story that you are somebody who does not follow through.
I am much more interested in helping you change that story.
The Cost of Keeping it where it is
This will be different for everyone, but it could be that...
→ You have been trying to find more customers when the real opportunity is improving what you sell to the people already paying attention.
→ Your marketing is taking loads of time because you have never properly decided what you want to be known for.
→ There is an offer with much more potential than you are currently giving it.
→ You need to sell more confidently, but fear of annoying people means you barely mention the thing you want them to buy.
→ You have outgrown the way you currently work, but changing it feels risky.
→ You need more predictable income and have been avoiding looking properly at how you could create it.
→ You keep inventing new ideas because improving or selling the existing one feels less exciting.
→ There is an opportunity sitting right in front of you that you have somehow convinced yourself you are not ready for.
The point is not that one of these definitely applies to you.
The point is that we are going looking for your version of it.
What could we uncover?
Who this is for…
Make Hay is for you if…
✓ You have already built a business that works, but you know there is more available from it than you are currently getting.
✓ You are capable and experienced, yet there are decisions, opportunities or areas of the business that you keep circling without properly tackling.
✓ You are busy enough that urgent work can very easily swallow the important work, and you want help becoming much more selective about where your time goes.
✓ You want somebody who will look beyond the surface-level problem, challenge your thinking and help you work out what is genuinely worth changing.
✓ You are willing to do something with what we uncover, even when the work that matters is not the work that feels most comfortable.
Make Hay is probably not for you if…
You want somebody to hand you a perfect blueprint and tell you exactly what every successful business should do, because I do not believe one exists.
You’re not willing to look honestly at what is happening, make decisions and actually give some time to the changes we decide matter.
You’re not prepared to get uncomfortable. Working on your business and developing yourself can bring up things that are tricky!
The programme follows a clear three-part framework, while still giving us enough flexibility to work on what the businesses in the room actually need.
How We Make Hay
1.Uncover
We look beyond whatever happens to be shouting the loudest and identify where your attention could create the greatest return.
That means uncovering the opportunity, bottleneck or neglected area underneath the symptoms you are currently seeing, while also understanding what has allowed it to stay untouched.
2.Shift
Once we know what is really happening, we deal with what is keeping you there.
That might mean learning a practical skill, changing the strategy, making a decision, building confidence or having somebody hold your feet to the fire when procrastination starts producing some extremely convincing arguments.
The work will differ between businesses because the blocker will differ too.
3.Build
This is where the change meets the real world.
You implement what we have uncovered, test it in the business and start gathering evidence about what actually happens.
We look at what changes in your sales, profit, time, confidence or momentum, adjust what needs adjusting and strengthen what is working.
The aim is not to leave Make Hay with a lovely plan. It is to leave having proved what can happen when you give the right work your attention, with a much clearer understanding of what you want to continue building in 2027.
The task is rarely just the task
This is the reason “I already know what I need to do” does not automatically mean you should be able to sort it out by yourself.
Putting your prices up is technically very simple. The difficult bit is accepting that somebody might decide not to buy.
Following up with an enquiry might take three minutes. Sending it means giving somebody another opportunity to say no.
Becoming more visible is not difficult because you cannot work out how Instagram works. It can be difficult because being seen creates the possibility of being judged.
Committing to one offer means deciding not to chase five others.
Stopping a service that no longer makes commercial sense means letting go of income that still feels familiar and safe.
Choosing a direction means accepting some responsibility for what happens if it does not work.
Suddenly all that busy work starts to make a little more sense.
It lets you feel productive while protecting you from the part of running a business that feels commercially or emotionally risky.
That does not mean the answer is always confidence work either. Sometimes you genuinely do not know how to do something. Sometimes your strategy is wrong. Sometimes you are missing information. Sometimes you need to make a better decision.
The important bit is being able to tell the difference.
Inside Make Hay, we work out whether what is stopping you is a knowledge gap, a strategy problem, lack of confidence, avoidance or some particularly convincing self-protection.
Then we deal with the thing that is actually there.
This is where I earn my keep
You are not paying me monthly to sit on Zoom and remind you to do the thing you already know you should be doing.
My value inside Make Hay is being able to look at what is happening in your business and question whether the problem you have identified is actually the problem.
If you tell me you need to improve Instagram, I am going to want to know why you think Instagram is responsible for the result you are currently getting.
If you tell me you need another offer, I will want to know whether you have ever properly sold the ones you already have.
If you tell me you do not have time to work on the business, I will want to understand where that time is going and whether all of it still deserves to be there.
And if you tell me you have not done something because you need to think about it a little longer, I may occasionally enquire exactly how many more months of thinking we believe are necessary.
I have spent more than ten years building businesses outside of teaching other people how to build theirs, which means I know that the obvious answer is not always the useful one.
I want to find the problem behind the problem, distinguish a genuine strategy gap from avoidance, and identify where your attention could create the biggest commercial return.
That is the work I am bringing into Make Hay.
At a glance: 12th October 2026 - 15th January 2027
12 active weeks | 6 live group coaching calls | Telegram support between sessions | Club Nesters included | Christmas break | Final two weeks together in January
So what do you actually get?
6 × 60min LIVE GROUP COACHING CALLS
These are where we step out of the day-to-day and look properly at what is happening.
You will be able to bring decisions, ideas, problems, opportunities and the things you are currently stuck on, while also learning from what is happening inside the other businesses in the room.
Calls are once a fortnight. First call of the month we’ll be working on the framework. Second call of the month will be a hot seat call.
Recordings provided so no stress if you can’t make it live.
Call dates: 13/10, 28/10, 12/11, 27/11, 10/12, 12/01
ACCOUNTABILITY THROUGHOUT
Once we have identified something that matters, I am not particularly interested in letting you quietly move it onto next month's list.
There will be regular accountability around what you have committed to doing so the important work does not get swallowed up by everything else.
You’ll get access to a coworking & accountability call every Friday 9:30-11am as part of Club Nesters. Plus, extra nudges in Telegram.
A PROPER CHRISTMAS BREAK
I am not pretending anybody wants business homework with their Christmas dinner. Make Hay gives you 12 active weeks together, with the programme pausing over Christmas before we return for the final two weeks in January.
Those January weeks matter because you are not left to manufacture your own motivation after the break. We pick things back up together and carry the momentum into 2027.
TELEGRAM SUPPORT BETWEEN CALLS
Because the annoying thing about business predicaments is that they rarely wait politely until your next Zoom call.
Telegram gives you access to support between sessions so that you can ask questions, get another perspective and keep moving rather than disappearing into three weeks of overthinking.
Submit 2 questions a week which I’ll respond with voicenotes.
CLUB NESTERS INCLUDED
You will also have Club Nesters membership for the duration of Make Hay, giving you access to weekly coworking and accountability, online Business Nest networking and 50% off in-person Business Nest events.
That gives you somewhere to actually block out the time and do the work rather than relying on a suspiciously empty afternoon appearing in your diary.
This is the bit I care about most.
Not whether you enjoyed the call, filled in the worksheet or had a particularly good Monday.
I want to see what changes because you actually did something differently.
That might be finally making the decision you had been circling, showing up more visibly, changing the way you sell, putting an idea into the world or simply stopping yourself from disappearing back into the same patterns every time something feels uncomfortable.
What changed when they actually did the thing?
SHE MADE THE DECISION SHE HAD BEEN CIRCLING FOR MONTHS.
SHE STOPPED HIDING BEHIND THE BUSINESS.
SHE TURNED THE IDEA INTO AN ACTUAL PIPELINE.
SHE FINALLY LAUNCHED IT.

JOIN EARLY AND YOU GET ME TO YOURSELF TOO
The first three people to join through the public launch will also receive a private 1:1 coaching call with me during Make Hay.
That gives us an hour to get underneath something that would benefit from my undivided attention, whether we are looking at an offer, a decision, an opportunity or something we uncover once we get started.
Once those three calls have been claimed, this bonus disappears.
A few things you might be wondering…
-
That is completely fine. You do not need to arrive with a project or problem neatly packaged up for me.
The first stage of Make Hay is specifically designed to help us uncover where your attention could make the biggest difference and what may have been keeping that area neglected.
-
No. Everyone follows the same broad framework, but the work inside it will depend on what is actually happening in your business.
If your biggest opportunity is improving your sales process while somebody else needs to work on visibility or capacity, it makes no sense to give you both identical homework.
-
Then that is part of what we work through.
Sometimes the strategy is perfectly obvious but fear of being visible, selling, making the wrong decision or getting something wrong keeps stopping you from acting on it. If that is affecting the performance of the business, it deserves our attention too.
-
You will need some time to implement because Make Hay is designed to create movement rather than simply give you information.
But the whole point is to become more selective about where your time goes, not to give you hours of weekly homework. Your Club Nesters coworking sessions are also there to give you protected time to work on what matters but they are optional.
-
We stop properly.
The programme contains twelve active weeks, with a break over Christmas before we come back together for the final two weeks in January. That means you get time away without being left to restart everything by yourself afterwards.
-
Yes.
Nothing has to be dramatically broken for there to be untapped opportunity.
You may want more predictable income, stronger profits, more confidence around your next moves for 2027 or simply a business that feels as though it is progressing again rather than sitting at the same level.
-
YES! This work is very individual and I want to give you the attention you deserve so I’ll be capping numbers to keep it intimate.
You could arrive in January still thinking about it.
Whatever has been neglected in your business is unlikely to disappear because another few months have passed.
You might reach January with the same hesitation, the same opportunity sitting untouched and another fresh list of everything you really should sort out this year.
Or you could arrive having spent the last few months looking properly at the business, understanding what deserves more attention and already making changes that give you something real to build on.
You do not need to know exactly what we are going to uncover before you join.
You just need to know that you are ready to stop looking the other way.
